At Manly Vale Community Kindergarten, we believe that high quality early childhood education is provided by high quality staff. The Management Committee understands that there are strong links between the number and qualifications of staff and the quality of an early childhood program. We pride ourselves on our high ratios of staff to children and early childhood qualified staff.
In each group there are 3 full time educators and 2 part time educator. In addition to this the Director is available up to 4 days per week.
